We work on permanent vacancies only.

We charge one fee rate of 10% which is invoiced only when the person you offered the job to starts with you. We never ask for upfront or working fees, we are confident in our ability to find you the right candidate and our success rate backs this up.

We have a close relationship with our Clients so fully understand their business, key people as well as their current and future plans and from that are able to recruit the right people for their job opportunities.

We are open, honest, we ask questions, we tell you if we do not understand anything and we enjoy our jobs which means, you get the very best service as we are passionate about what we do and about doing it well.

We can be contacted outside of working hours as we appreciate that Clients and Candidates can’t always talk during business hours.

For those preparing for interview we make ourselves available over the weekend too for any questions that come up when you are preparing a presentation or doing your pre-interview preparation.

We have all been employed outside of recruitment so we understand UK & International Sales, UK & Overseas Sourcing, Marketing, Design, Production Planning, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Operations and the importance of each function in any business.

We have expanded on our own career history by learning all about Landscaping, Tree Surgery, Grounds Maintenance, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Gardening and Bid Writing.  We will always tell you if we have not recruited in a sector and will aim to learn that sector to be able to recruit effectively, if we can’t we will let you know.
