It’s a simple three step process – Initially we are going to need a copy of your CV to get an idea of who you are and what you have achieved in your career so far, this is followed up by a call to go through that in more detail, discuss your ideal job requirements and with your approval we would then register you on our system and contact you as vacancies arise that match both your living location and skill set.
We promise that we will never send your CV or details across to one of our clients without first contacting you, discussing the vacancy and obtaining your approval to do so. There are times when a vacancy that we work on is confidential and we are not able to pass on the company name to you and then it is your decision if you would like your details to be sent without knowing the company name. In this instance we always ask if there is a company that you would not consider working for to avoid any issues, most of the time we are able to tell you who we are recruiting for, we will always go through the job and person specification in detail so that you fully understand the company, culture, what the job requires and what is on offer in terms of salary and any benefits to ensure you have as much information and detail as possible to make your decision.
We act as the liaison between Client and Candidate and are here to answer any questions, we will always update you on the progress of your application, confirm interviews and either make the job offer on behalf of our clients or aim to give you as much detail as possible on the reason why you have not been successful.
