We are an honest and straightforward recruitment company.

Our recruitment service includes a mix of head-hunting, advertising, a review of our registered candidates as well as networking to ensure that you receive the best pool of potential candidates for your vacancy.

Our Head Office is in Gloucester and from there we work on recruitment projects across the UK and Ireland. We don’t need an office in the location where we are recruiting, we are happy to travel to meet people so if you want to see us just ask and we’ll aim to be where you need us to be at a convenient time for you.

Our fees are 10% of basic salary, we will never ask for an upfront or working project fee, just one standard fee payable on successful completion of a recruitment project and invoiced on the day the person starts their new job with you.

We get to know you, your company, how you work, your description of the person that you need, what attributes they will need to be successful in the role and fit in with your company philosophy and team dynamic, once we understand this we start the recruitment project for you.

We aim to attract a mix of active job seekers as well as passive candidates to give the widest possible pool of candidates that fit with your requirements, we then ensure that their skill set and career history match with your requirements and only then do we sent their details forward. We do not believe in flooding you with candidates that maybe suitable for the role, we only send candidates that we feel closely match your needs, we send CV’s with a full summary of why we feel the person suits the role, highlighting the key skills and attributes that match with your requirements to help you understand their suitability for your job.

We have all worked within Industry at various levels and in various roles and from that have moved into recruiting.  We strongly believe this gives us a better understanding of your business needs having worked outside of recruitment ourselves and understanding the issues that can come with an external recruitment partner.
