We are recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager on behalf of a multi-site company which will be based at their Head Office in Brackley. On offer is a salary of between £52,000 and £58,000 per year plus bonus, company employee incentive scheme, 23 days holiday with the added extra after one year of an extra days holiday for your birthday and the option to buy or sell 3 days holiday a year, onsite parking, pension scheme, the option for office or hybrid working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home based) and the opportunity to join a well-established, successful and expanding company which has a strong reputation for the development of their team members.
