We are recruiting for an Internally based Sales Executive on behalf of an established and fast-growing business with a wide client base within the Private and Public Sector across the South East offering a landscape improvement and management service that include landscape design and installation, landscape and grounds maintenance, japanese knotweed and bamboo treatment and clearance service.
Experience from within the sector is not required, key is solution-based sales experience, account management and new business development and as such would suit people who have worked for Electrical Wholesalers, Builders Merchants, Estate Agents, New House Builders and Developers where understanding the need is key to providing the options for the solution. Full training on their sector and client base will be given.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000, On Target Earnings Guide of £45,000 to £55,000 OTE, career progression, four weeks holiday plus bank holidays, day off for your birthday and a pension scheme.
As the Sales Executive, you will be:
Qualifying all incoming sales leads, gathering all the detail then preparing and sending quotations.
Managing a set number of current accounts working to further develop business with them.
Following up on quotations with the aim of winning business and as business win is confirmed liaising with the Operations Team to schedule in work.
Working closely with the Sales Teams and Consultants to ensure all new business opportunities are recorded and followed through to completion.
Working closely with the marketing team providing feedback on the quality and success of leads generated by their campaigns, working with them to improve results and to set up new campaigns.
Actively promoting the full range of services that the company can offer.
Booking surveys and site visits onto the sales management system.
Providing customer assistance via a live Webchat system as required.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate:
Strong account management and development skills, strong new business development and closing skills.
Strong communication, solution-based sales experience, the ability, and confidence to influence key decision makers.
IT literacy with a good knowledge of MS Office applications and of CRM software.
Experience of delivering client-focused solutions to customers’ needs.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to sell across a portfolio of services.
Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive and motivated approach to your work.

On offer is a base salary of between £25,000 and £30,000, On Target Earnings guide of £45,000 – £55,000+, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and a day off if your birthday falls on a week day, pension scheme and the opportunity to progress your career within a well-established and growing business.
