We are recruiting for the final person to join a newly established Business Development Telesales Team who will be looking to secure new business within the Education, Local Authority, Leisure and Hospitality sectors in a B2B selling role.
Our client has recently relocated this part of their business from offices in the South, they are already well established in the Northampton area and the joining of the internal sales teams with the wider external sales and admin support teams will ensure that they strengthen what they can offer the target customer base.
Already recruited for this new team is the Team Leader and two Telesales Professionals and we are now looking for the final two members of the team.
The job is all about being responsible as part of the team for both outbound and inbound calls to generate new sales meetings for the external sales team as well as following up on previous calls and diary notes.
As a member of the Business Development / Telesales Team you will :

To be an experienced Telesales / Business Development
A successful record of generating good quality sales meetings.
To be highly organised, reliable, able to multi-task, work as part of a dynamic team, be good at understanding customer needs and possess strong negotiating skills.
