We are recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of a leading outdoor space creator that specialises in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of high-quality outdoor spaces including landscaping, play areas, skate parks, padel tennis courts and outdoor sports equipment for clients that include housing developers, commercial developers, local authorities and private clients.

On offer is a salary of up to £31,000 and a generous and open ended results based commission scheme, (OTE Guide £37,000+) company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile phone etc.,

As the Sales Executive, you will be:

  • Working closely with the Sales Director and wider senior team to achieve set sales targets.
  • Looking to further develop business with existing client as well as proactively looking to secure and increase business by identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with design and estimating teams to ensure project designs meet client expectations, specifications and cost requirements.

To be considered as the Sales Executive you will need:

  • Strong business development, account management and relationship building skills.
  • To have the drive and passion to want this to succeed and willing to work hard to make this happen.
  • To take a solution based sales approach so that you understand the need and can put forward a tailored and bespoke solution.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills.
  • To be happy to travel to meet with existing and potential new clients, good listening skills and the attention to detail skills to ensure you understand the need, space size etc.,
  • Full initial training on the sport, court solutions and target customers will be given, and that support and assistance will continue as you develop your knowledge of the sector.
