A fast‑growing UK supplement brand in Redditch is looking for a confident, charismatic and sales‑driven TikTok Live Host to become the on‑camera face of the business. TikTok Live is a major part of the company’s growth strategy, and we’re looking for someone who can hold an audience, sell persuasively, and bring energy to every session.
This full‑time, permanent role is all about performance, personality and live selling. You’ll run high‑impact TikTok Live sessions, engage viewers, drive sales, and help shape the future of the brand’s live‑commerce strategy.
⭐ What You’ll Do
- Host TikTok Live sessions for a minimum of 3 hours each, presenting and selling hero products.
- Run timed live deals and keep momentum high throughout the session.
- Drive engagement — answer questions, react in real time, and create an interactive shopping experience.
- Use live game mechanics so every order triggers a moment that keeps viewers watching.
- Think on your feet — adapt to whatever the live throws at you without relying on a script.
- Pitch new live ideas including formats, hooks, themes and mechanics that boost watch time and conversion.
- Analyse performance after each session to understand what worked and what needs improving.

- TikTok Shop Live Hosts
- Live‑commerce sellers who have hosted and sold products on TikTok Live or similar platforms
You’ll need to be:
- A natural on camera — confident, warm, quick‑witted and genuinely entertaining
- Energetic, with the stamina to host 3+ hour live sessions
- Persuasive, comfortable selling and converting viewers into buyers
- Improvisational, able to react in real time without scripts
- Reliable, consistent and able to work to a live‑stream schedule
