Attending sales meetings where your operational expertise and commercial understanding is an important factor in promoting the company to current and prospective customers.
For you application to be considered you will need to clearly show that you have:
Operational Management experience specifically related to soft landscaping projects within the New Build Housing Sector.
Strong leadership, people management, leadership skills aimed at developing a hard-working, detail orientated team of landscaping professionals to deliver the soft landscaping projects.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and in particular excel that is used extensively for the planning, preparation and cost recording of projects.

Recruiting for an Operations Manager who has experience related to play areas, sports areas including equipment, surfacing and landscaping.
The Operations Manager will :
Manage projects from sales team handover through to handover of site to Client including related groundworks, equipment, safety surfacing, artificial grass installation and associated landscaping works..
Work to ensure all works are delivered to budget, quality and agreed timeline.
Effectively manage the directly employed installation teams and sub-contracted team to ensure the delivery of products and teams required to complete the installation project.
This job opportunity is a direct result of considerable new business wins across a number of areas (education, leisure and new build housing). This means you are joining a well-established and successful company that specialises in the design, installation, inspection and maintenance of both play and sports areas.
You will need to have:
A good grounding in hard and soft landscaping.
Ideally with experience related to sports turf installation.
Ideally experience related to play and sports area surfacing and equipment installation.
Strong administration, project management, project planning, team development and motivation skills along with an eye for detail to ensure completion of projects to match the companies quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.
You will need to be:
A confident communicator with the ability to work with clients managing their expectations, resolving any issues and ensuring that your teams are working effectively and with the care needed to exceed client expectations.
Proactive in seeing opportunities for business development and happy to support the sales teams in developing business opportunities within the region.
Used to both the operational and administrative side of installation project management and confident in your ability to plan, schedule, amend or re-arrange projects as required.
In return, our Client is offering an annual salary of up to £40,000, a company car or car allowance, five weeks holiday plus bank holidays and a pension scheme.
